I'm so happy I did, they where so professional. I didn't feel like I was given the run around and had to wait in my house with the bad weather we just had. Moving into a new rental there were some minor gas leaks. Called the local gas utility. Their technician visited and detected leaks in the furnace and water heater gas pipes. He shut off the gas to both. Landlord called AB Heating & Cooling for help. Andy from AB arrived within 2 hours and replaced all the leaking parts efficiently and effectively. Communication was superb: we knew when Andy would be arriving, the ongoing status of the repairs, and everything that was happening. Plus, he cleaned up the work area very well when he was finished. Thanks to AB Heating & Cooling its great to have heat and hot water on a very cold night!

Working with Andy was a fantastic experience. I called him with an emergency AC issue in the middle of a heatwave and he was able to come out the same day. The AC condenser on the roof was over 15 years old and leaking freon. He offered two options, the temporary fix of replacing the freon or getting a whole new condenser. I appreciated that he gave me both options. He quoted a reasonable price so I went ahead with getting a new condenser. He was able to come out within a few days and quickly disconnect the old unit and replace with the new one. He was an excellent communicator and responded promptly and took the time to explain and field my questions with a professional demeanor. I plan to work with him for future maintenance work and any issues that arise. I highly recommend working with AB Heating and Cooling.

Having used Andy the previous year initially when my furnace stopped working on a freezing night. He not only came out when it was snowing, but was respectful as well as prompt. Able to get my 20 year old furnace up and running again he did mention he couldnt guarantee it to be a long term fix and perhaps best to be proactive as when one main component tends to go, so do the rest. Surely this year my furnace has ran its course. Called Andy again and once again was prompt and made selecting a new furnace more seamless than buying a car. 10/10 would recommend!

My furnace unexpectedly went out over a freezing weekend in the city. I contacted Andy on a Sunday and he was at our condo within an hour to assess the situation and determine next steps. He did not charge an emergency weekend fee which was so nice and was at my house the next morning with space heaters and a new furance to install. By mid-afternoon we had heat again. We also had him replace our very old AC unit and I couldn't be happier with how reliable and quickly he was able to complete everything. He was very upfront about cost and we agreed on everything prior to the work being completed. I would recommend them to anyone looking for someone reliable and fair.

Phenomenal experience. Had family coming in before Christmas and was worried they would have to suffer without heat. Andy, and his partner were very efficient, even coming in on a Sunday. Will be sticking with them for a long time!!

Adnan was incredibly responsive and punctual. He answered texts & calls immediately. He arrived at the time he said he would be here to diagnose our issue with our furnace. Unfortunately, the price he quoted for a furnace replacement was $1000 to $1400 more than other service providers from Thumbtack. Other service providers matched the same 2 year labor warranty while still providing lower quotes. For this reason, I am providing a 4 out of 5 star review. I have no reason to doubt their work capability and qualifications. It just came down to price.
